At Gloomie™, your satisfaction matters to us. We hope you love everything you order — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth, hassle-free process.
Returns — 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Clean and free of wear
To start a return, contact us at info@gloomielamp.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item (optional but recommended)
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Warranty — Defects or Damages
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) clearly showing the problem
We will provide one of the following, based on your preference:
- A replacement (at no extra cost)
- A full refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items of the same model.
For a different product, a refund must be processed first, and a new order placed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Items with visible signs of damage caused by the customer
- Customized or personalized products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your financial institution first.
If you still require help, contact us — we’ll make sure it’s resolved promptly.
